Rental Policy
- Rental equipment can be picked up anytime after 2pm during our opening hours, up to 1 day before your rental date and must be dropped off before 11am the day following the rental period. (eg. For a 1-day rental on Wednesday, you may pick up your equipment as early as Tuesday 2pm, and drop off on Thursday before 11am.)
- Rental deposit: credit card imprint and government-issued ID required for all rentals. A debit deposit option is available for customers without a credit card – $500 pre-authorized payment for full set; $300 for ski/snowboard only; $100 for boots, clothing.
IMPORTANT: Minors (18 & Under) should be accompanied by an adult in order to rent equipment, and REQUIRE a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. If a minor is coming up UNACCOMPANIED, they MUST have this waiver completed by a parent or guardian ahead of time, and have the appropriate deposit ready (credit card number or debit deposit) in order to rent.
