What information do you need from me to rent E-scooter?

🛴 E-scooter Can Handle Up to 260 lbs or 110 kg
🚲E-bike can Handle up to 300 lbs or 100kg
Where Can I Ride An E-Scooter?
Local streets, designated bicycle lanes and shared pathways where bikes are allowed.
Starting from April 6 anywhere 50/kms zone and bicycle lanes, shared pathways, and local streets.
Do I Need A Helmet To Ride E-scooter or E-bike?
Yes! You must wear a helmet at all times while riding an e-Scooter and e-bike in Vancouver.
When do I need to return the equipment?
All-Day Rental:
Pick up anytime during shop hours;
Return 15 minutes before we close.
24 HR Rental:
Pick up anytime during shop hours; return the next day at the same time.
Weekly Rental:
Pick up anytime during our opening hours, and return at the same time the following week.
(For example, if you pick up at 11:00 am on Monday, return at 11:00 am the following Monday.)
Can I Ride An E-scooter With Two People?
No, e-Scooters can only accommodate one person on each one. If you ride our E-scooter with two people… our E-scooter will crying 😥
How Old Do I Have To Be To Ride A E-scooter?
You must be 18 years old to ride a scooter or a minimum of 16 years old with the permission of a parent or guardian.

When do I need to return the equipment?
You can pick up your ski/snowboard after 2PM before your rental date and and drop off before 11AM the day after the rental period.
(For example: if you were to do one day rental on Tuesday, the equipment can be picked up after 2PM Monday and dropped off before 11AM Wednesday.)
What do I need to provide to rent your equipment?
We will need your government-issued photo ID and a credit card imprint. For customers who do not have a credit card, a debit deposit is required – $500 for full set, $300 for ski/snowboard only, $100 for boots, clothes.
