Pick-up: You can pick up on the same day, or the day before after 2:00 PM (ideal for Whistler travelers or early starters). Return: By 5:30 PM on your last rental day, OR between 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM the following day. Note: Please make your reservation for the ACTUAL pick-up date. Arriving at a time other than your reserved slot will be treated as a walk-in or no-show.

Boot fit is crucial for snowboarding. We require you to try them on in-store. We will help you find the perfect size to prevent heel lift and ensure all-day comfort.

If you are a group, please make a reservation together. For groups of 5 or more, or for potential same-day bookings, please DM us on Instagram (@vanecoride) for manual assistance. If call volume is high or we are assisting in-store customers, we cannot answer the phone. IG DM is the fastest way to reach us.

The rental duration is counted strictly based on how many days you are skiing or snowboarding, regardless of our flexible early pick-up and next-morning return policy.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If time slots are invisible, we are fully booked or past the cut-off. To accommodate spontaneous plans, our system remains open up to 12 hours in advance. However, late bookings past the 24-hour mark are not guaranteed. We will double-check stock by 11 AM the next morning and may cancel the booking if we cannot fulfill it.
