They were extremely patient, friendly, and helpful, answering everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable.The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The bike shop location was also ideal for us, close to where we were staying on Smithe which has a designated bike lane. We had such a wonderful time riding the bikes down to stanley park seawall (easy and fast to get to) and along English Bay & Sunset Beach. The guys there were so friendly and helpful, would definite recommend to check this place out!!

If you're thinking about going multiple times check out their IG!The staff are always nice and friendly, and they really make an effort to prioritize your safety. Very reliable team. Also it's just really great that they allow pickup the day before and return the day after, it's perfect for a day trip to Whistler. No doubt they are the best rental shop in Vancouver! And personally I just feel a bit attached since I've improved so much with the board ... hehe huge kudos
