Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No appointment is required for repair drop-off. You can bring your e-bike or e-scooter directly to our shop at 181 Smithe St in Downtown Vancouver during business hours.
For pick-up & drop-off service, we will call you to schedule your pick-up. You can request pick-up and drop-off service through our repair form.
How long do most repairs take?
Repair time depends on the model, problem, current workload and parts availability.
Some common tire and brake repairs may be completed the same day when compatible parts are in stock. Repairs requiring diagnosis, parts order or additional workload may take a few business days.
We’ll provide a better time estimate after inspecting your e-scooter or e-bike.
Can I book pick-up or drop-off only? (one-way)
No. Our repair pickup and drop-off service is offered only as a $40 round-trip service. One way service and one-way pricing are not available at the moment.
How Does The $75 Pro Inspection Work?
The $75 Pro Inspection covers a comprehensive mechanical and electrical inspection to assess the overall condition of your gear and identify any potential issues.
If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, $45 (from the inspection fee) will be applied as a credit toward eligible repair labour fee.
We’ll explain the findings, recommend repairs, and give estimated cost before additional work begins.
What if I decided not to proceed with the repair?
If you choose not to proceed with the repair after our diagnosis, a $50 diagnosis fee may be charged.
For pickup & drop-off customers, the $40 round-trip fee will still apply.
Do you repair individual battery cells?
No. We do not repair or rebuild individual battery cells.
Depending on the model and the condition of the battery, we may inspect the system and recommend replacement of the battery unit when appropriate. Battery service depends on model compatibility and parts availability.
How can I prevent flat tires on my e-scooter or e-bike?
Check your tire pressure regularly and keep the tires inflated to the manufacturer-recommended PSI. Proper tire pressure can help reduce pinch flats, uneven tire wear, and poor ride performance.
Also, inspecting the tire regularly for visible damage, excessive wear or embedded debris can help catch potential issues before they lead to a flat tire.
