SKI RENTAL VANCOUVER FAQ
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR SKI RENTAL
Yes. You may pick up your ski equipment after 2:00 PM the day before or on the rental day. Return it by 5:30 PM on your last rental day, or between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM the following morning.
You only pay for the number of days you rent to ski. Complimentary day-before pickup and next-morning return do not count as additional rental days.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If reservation time slots are unavailable, we are fully booked or past the 24-hour deadline. To accommodate spontaneous plans, our system remains open to bookings up to 12 hours before. However, late bookings past the 24-hour mark are not guaranteed. We will double-check stock by 11 AM the following morning and may cancel the booking if we do not have enough stock to fulfill your request.
