Where can I pick up my ski rental equipment?

Pick up your ski or snowboard rental equipment at VanEcoRide, 181 Smithe St, Downtown Vancouver, BC. Our team will help you check the fit before your trip.

Do I need to book my ski rentals in advance?

We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays. Availability depends on equipment sizes and rental dates.

Can I rent ski boots, poles, or winter clothing separately?

Yes. Individual items such as ski boots, poles, jackets, pants, goggles, and gloves are available to rent separately, subject to availability.

Can I use your rental equipment at Cypress, Grouse, Seymour, or Whistler?

Yes. You can use our rental equipment at Cypress Mountain, Grouse Mountain, Mt Seymour, Whistler Blackcomb, and other ski destinations. Lift tickets and transportation are not included.

Do you offer multi-day ski and snowboard rentals?

Yes. Multi-day rentals are available depending on equipment availability. Contact our team to confirm your preferred rental dates.

Can beginners rent ski or snowboard equipment?

Absolutely. Beginners are welcome. Our team can help you select suitable equipment and check the fit before your trip. Lessons are not included.

Do you offer seasonal ski rentals?

We offer short-term and multi-day rentals, but we do not currently offer full-season rentals.

What should I bring when picking up my rental equipment?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, your booking confirmation if applicable, and a payment method.
