For customers who do not have a credit card, a $250 deposit is required, payable by debit card or cash.

🚲 E-bike(standard range) can Handle up to 100 kg/220 lb

🚲 E-bike(long range) can Handle up to 150 kg/330 lb

You can ride an e-scooter on city streets, bike lanes, greenways, and shared paths where bicycles are allowed. 

E-scooters are not allowed on sidewalks – please walk your scooter when using a sidewalk.

On roads with a speed limit over 50km/h, e-scooters may only be ridden in a designated bike lane.

Yes! Helmets are required by law in BC for both E-scooters and E-bikes.

Same-day Rentals must be returned by 5:45 PM to the same location (181 Smithe St).

Unable to return by 5:45PM?

You can return it the next day before 11 AM for an additional $20 charge.

Alternatively, you can upgrade your rental to a 24-hour rental and keep it until the same time you picked it up (pay the remaining balance in-store).

Same-day returns after 5:45 PM are not allowed.
(Please note that all equipment must be returned in person and checked in by an employee.)

No. E-Scooters are for one rider only, and passengers are not allowed. 

Riders must be at least 16 years old. To rent directly from VanEcoRide, you must be 19 or older. Riders aged 16-18 can rent with a parent or guardian’s consent.
