We highly recommend booking online. While walk-ins are welcome, our E-Scooters and E-Bikes rental package sell out quickly during the summer season. Secure your ride in advance to avoid disappointment!
You must be 19 years or older to sign the rental waiver. A valid photo ID (Passport or Driver’s License) and a credit card. Riders under 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Raining on your rental day? Don’t worry! We offer free rescheduling so you can enjoy Vancouver in the best weather.
To secure your rental, we require a deposit per rental. You can choose:
Credit Card (Recommended): A temporary pre-authorization (hold) will be placed. No actual charge will be made unless equipment is damaged or lost.- Debit Card: A $250 Deposit will be charged, plus a $2 Non-refundable Fee. The $250 is fully refunded upon safe return.
- Cash: A $250 refundable deposit is required. It will be fully refunded upon safe return.
We prefer Credit Cards for a faster check-in/out process.
