Pick up and drop off
- Why can’t you make a reservation?
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.If you cannot see available time slots for the next day, it may be because:
1. The 24-hour cutoff has passed, and the time slot is now closed.
2. We are fully booked for that time slot.We cannot guarantee availability for late bookings past 24 hours in advance.
To accommodate spontaneous snowboarding and skiing plans, our system remains open for bookings up to 12 hours in advance.For reservations made after business hours and beyond the 24-hour advance requirement, we will double-check our stock the following morning around 11 AM. If we cannot fulfill your booking, we may have to cancel it.
If you are a group, please make a reservation as a group.
If you are a group of 5 or more, please send us a DM on Instagram for manual assistance. - Pick-Up Reservation Policy
Pick-up: Same day or the day before after 2 PM (for Whistler travelers and early starters).
Return: Last rental day by 5:30 PM or the next day between 10-11 AM.Please make your reservation for the actual pick-up date.Arriving at a time other than your reserved slot will be treated as a no-show or a walk-in.
- How is the rental day counted?
The rental day is counted based on how many days you are skiing or snowboarding, regardless of pick-up and return policy. - Looking for potential late or same-day bookings?
If call volume is high or we are assisting other customers, we may not be able to answer the phone.

Deposit Information
To secure your rental, we require a deposit. You can pay this deposit using:
- Credit Card: A temporary hold will be placed on your card. No charges will apply unless the equipment is damaged or lost.
- Debit Card: A $250 deposit plus a $2 fee will be charged to your card. The $250 deposit will be refunded once the equipment is returned on time and in good condition.

When do I need to return the equipment?
You can pick up your ski/snowboard/snowshoe after 2PM before your rental date and and drop off before 11AM the day after the rental period.
(For example: if you were to do one day rental on Tuesday, the equipment can be picked up after 2PM Monday and dropped off before 11AM Wednesday.)
What do I need to provide to rent your equipment?
We will need your government-issued photo ID and a credit card imprint. For customers who do not have a credit card, a debit deposit is required—$500 for the full set, $300 for ski/snowboard only, and $120 for boots, clothes, and snowshoes.

Rental Policy
- Rental equipment can be picked up anytime after 2pm during our opening hours, up to 1 day before your rental date and must be dropped off before 11am the day following the rental period. (eg. For a 1-day rental on Wednesday, you may pick up your equipment as early as Tuesday 2pm, and drop off on Thursday before 11am.)
- Snowshoe rental deposit: credit card imprint and government-issued ID required for all rentals. A debit deposit option is available for customers without a credit card – $300 pre-authorized payment for Snowshoe complete set; $200 for snowshoe; $100 for boots, clothing.
IMPORTANT: Minors (18 & Under) should be accompanied by an adult in order to rent equipment, and REQUIRE a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. If a minor is coming up UNACCOMPANIED, they MUST have this waiver completed by a parent or guardian ahead of time, and have the appropriate deposit ready (credit card number or debit deposit) in order to rent.
