No, we do not perform individual battery cell repairs for safety and performance reasons. We focus exclusively on professional, full battery unit replacements to ensure your ride meets strict safety standards.
How can I prevent flat tires on my e-scooter or e-bike?
Regularly check and inflate your tires to the recommended PSI using a quality pump. Maintaining proper tire pressure is the best way to prevent pinch flats and optimize your ride’s performance.
How long do most repairs take?
Most specialized repairs, including tire and brake replacements, are completed same-day or 2 – 4 business days, depending on parts availability.
Is the $75 Pro Inspection fee refundable?
The $75 Pro Inspection fee covers a comprehensive mechanical and electrical diagnostic. $45 fee is waived if you choose to proceed with our recommended repair services.
